What is the County Party’s role in local politics?

Clark County encompasses a diverse array of cities including Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Mesquite and Laughlin. Within our county, several crucial political seats are housed, including 31 assembly, 16 senate, and 3 congressional positions. As a grassroots organization, we are thrilled to embark on this journey of community building, aiming to elevate awareness of local issues and Republican values. Our aspiration is to serve as a comprehensive resource center for all matters Republican within Clark County. It’s important to note that while we do not engage in pre-primary endorsements. All candidates and potential candidates are encouraged to familiarize themselves with Nevada’s constitution, the US Constitution, NRS laws and legislative processes.

Deadline to Opt-Out of Mail Ballots:

4/12/24 – Last day for the Election Department to RECEIVE PRINTED OR ONLINE requests
to not receive a mail ballot is 60 days
before Election Day.

Deadline for Standard Registration:

5/14/24 – The fourth Tuesday before Election Day is the last day to register to vote or to update your existing registration without having to do so on the Secretary of State’s website or through same-day registration.
