Meet Adam Laxalt – for U.S. Senate

Adam Paul Laxalt is a fourth generation Nevadan born in Reno, and is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Georgetown University and graduate from Georgetown University Law Center. He is decorated former Naval Officer and Iraq Veteran. More recently, Adam served as Nevada’s 33rd Attorney General, entering office as the youngest Attorney General in the country at the time. As Nevada’s top law enforcement officer, Adam concentrated on pursuing justice for victims of sexual assault, protecting Nevada’s seniors, combatting the opioid crisis, and standing with his fellow Veterans. Adam resides in Reno with his wife, Jaime, their daughters Sophia, Isabella and Lilliana, and their son Jack.

Meet Andy Matthews – for Controller

Andy Matthews began his professional career as a sports journalist at national media outlets including FOX. After years in sports media, Andy realized that his true passion was fighting for the principles that made America great & moved to Nevada in 2006.

Andy served for nearly four years as the president of the Nevada Policy Research Institute, Nevada’s foremost government watchdog organization, focusing on issues including fiscal accountability, government transparency and education reform.

Today, Andy serves as Nevada’s Assemblyman from District 37. As a legislator, he has consistently opposed destructive tax increases and has personally introduced several reform measures that would greatly increase government transparency and efficiency.

Meet Dr. Jon Petrick – for Assembly – District 21

Dr. Jon Petrick, is CEO and Clinical Director of the Las Vegas Pain Relief Centers, Integrated Pain Relief, and EverReady Health. He treats athletes and patients worldwide in the treatment of soft tissue injuries along with teaching graduate and practicing doctors how to use high level treatment protocols. In 2008, he was offered a position with TIMET titanium manufacturing company and was instrumental in establishing TIMET’s on-site first-aid program.

Dr. Petrick serves the community and has served on many boards, such as Opportunity Village and Keep It Simple-Make It Fun. Dr. Petrick is also a co-participant in cutting-edge research dealing with individuals with Downs Syndrome.

Meet Drew Johnson – for County Commission – District F

Drew Johnson a Senior Fellow at the National Center for Public Policy Research. He is a well-known government watchdog, columnist and policy analyst who regularly appears on Fox News, Fox Business and Newsmax. His columns are featured in The Wall Street Journal, Townhall and The Daily Caller. As a taxpayer advocate and budget watchdog, Drew has exposed billions of dollars of wasted taxpayers’ money at all levels of government, directly leading to reduced spending and lower taxes. He also led successful efforts to expand parental choice and slash regulations on small businesses. Drew and his wife, Sarah, have lived in District F since 2015
