Dear Fellow Republicans,
Pursuant to § 8.1 of the Clark County Republican Central Committee (CCRCC) Bylaws, the Members of the CCRCC are hereby called to a Regular Meeting of the CCRC, which will be called to order at 7:00PM, to be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at Stoney’s Rockin’ Country. The doors will open for registration at 5:30 p.m. The Chairman’s Agenda is below this notice..
Members are urged to arrive as near to the start of registration as possible to register. Registration will begin at 5:30 p.m. Disabled persons will be accommodated at once; please come directly to the head of the line and an usher will assist you.
Elections will be held for the following positions (only members may run for vacancies):
Vacancies to the NRCC (State Central Committee) seats per commission district
Commission District A – 1
Commission District E – 2
Commission District F – 4
If you are interested in running for any of the above positions, please send an email to self-nominate to [email protected] with your name, phone number, and the position you wish to run for, ie.. NRCC seat A, no later than Tuesday, November 8, 2022. Any nominations rec’d after that will not be accepted.
We will also propose a bylaw change. Text is below.

Summary – A resolution to make changes regarding executive board meetings.
A RESOLUTION TO ADD SECTION 7.1 TO OPEN NOMINATIONS FOR NRCC WHEN NO NOMINATION OCCURS FROM WITHIN THE ALLOCATED COMMISSION DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Clark County Republican Central Committee, does hereby declare as follows:
RESOLUTION PART A
The bylaws of the Clark County Republican Central Committee are hereby amended as follows:
ARTICLE 7.1: ELECTIONS
3. Elections to select NRCC Nominees:
C. Nominees must be current voting members of the CCRCC and must have a legal voting address within the County Commission District the position represents. If there are still vacancies in any commission district for the NRCC after the second meeting to elect new representatives, nominations will be taken to elect members at large from the CCRP membership. The Secretary will announce the vacancies in the call to the meeting, and nominations may be sent in advance or, if there are not sufficient nominations in advance, from the floor at the meeting, until all CCRCC positions to the NRCC are filled.
RESOLUTION PART B
This resolution is hereby introduced by action of the Chair of the Permanent Sub Committee on Bylaws and Rules who formally doesn’t recommend its adoption by the plenary session of the Clark County Republican Central Committee.
