PLEASE READ THESE TERMS ENTIRELY PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION

In order to apply for membership to the CCRCC, you MUST BE a registered Republican residing in Clark County Nevada. If, at the time of your application, you are not a registered Republican residing in Clark County your application will not be accepted. After submitting your application, you must attend two Clark County Republican Central Committee “Regular Membership” meetings in order to become an active voting member. If three meetings pass subsequent to your application and you have not attended two of the three meetings you will have to resubmit your application at which time the process and attendance requirement will start over.

PRIOR TO APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP

1) Please be sure that your address is correct and current on your voter registration. You are applying to be elected as a representative to the CCRCC for the precinct in which you currently reside. If you apply and then change your address, your application may not be accepted and you may have to begin the application process again.

2) When filling out this form, you must enter your name EXACTLY AS IT APPEARS ON YOUR VOTER REGISTRATION. If we are unable to locate your voter registration you will have to start the application process from the beginning.

3) You must provide valid contact information including your residential address, email address, and at least one telephone number in order to apply for membership. This information will be used for official party business only and will not be shared with ANY other entity of any kind. Failure to maintain accurate and current contact information will result in your membership being suspended and/or your application being rejected at which time you will have to begin the application process again.

THIS APPLICATION

Your application for membership will be officially submitted at the first Regular Membership Meeting you attend, which WILL COUNT as one of the two required meetings before you become a regular voting member. If for any reason (including but not limited to those listed above) your membership application is not able to be processed we will attempt to rectify the issue at that first meeting if at all possible. Your application must be proper and complete prior to the conclusion of that meeting in order to count as the first of your two required meetings.

By providing your email address, you are authorizing the Clark County Republican Party to provide you with electronic notices
and communications of all official business.

You are responsible for keeping the CCRCC informed of any changes to your contact information (mailing address, telephone
number, email address, etc.)

Your information will not be sold to nor shared with any third-party organization.

HAVE YOU ALREADY APPLIED?

The terms and conditions for membership in the CCRCC are governed by Nevada Revised Statute as is the case with all major political parties. The membership of political parties lasts only two years from the date of the respective party’s convention. If you did not attend the last Precinct Meeting and the Republican County Convention as required by NRS, you must apply for membership even if you were a member prior to the convention. Your membership, once approved, will last the remainder of the two year period between the Republican County Convention.

If you filled out an application prior and you have ANY QUESTION as to your status or if you are unsure whether or not you have already submitted an application, fill out this application and attend the next Regular Membership Meeting. If an application is already in process this application will not cause the process to restart and you will receive credit for meetings already attended as required. In the case that your prior application was not accepted, this application will serve to restart that process and give you timely access to full membership status.

IDENTIFICATION

At the first and second Regular Membership Meeting you attend, you will be required to provide legal government issued identification. If you fail to do so and / or if you fail to provide a signature at the time of check-in for both meetings, your application will be suspended and you will be required to start the process again.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED?

During the second Regular Membership Meeting you attend, your nomination and election to the CCRCC will be announced and ratified by a vote of the full membership present. At that time, you will be given your official credential enabling you to vote at that meeting.
