Ronda Kennedy is a constitutional attorney and fearless advocate who has spent her career fighting for individual liberty, small businesses, and the rule of law. She previously served as corporate counsel for a mid-sized manufacturing company.  Ronda ensured regulatory compliance, with Government contracts including compliance with FARS, DFARS, DLA, and ITAR. 
Ronda also attended board and shareholders’ meetings to ensure compliance with the Company bylaws.  
Ronda was responsible for updating and recommending bylaw changes. 
Ronda also acted as Corporate Counsel for a publicly traded company where she was responsible for SEC and State compliance.  

When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, Ronda didn’t back down. She defended small businesses across California and Nevada when they were unjustly threatened with closure and fines — and she won. Her most notable victory came when she prevailed in the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, keeping gun stores open during the pandemic, protecting both constitutional rights and economic freedom.

Ronda stood strong against government mandates by successfully stopping forced vaccinations for police officers, firefighters, military personnel, and teachers, becoming a trusted ally to first responders and constitutional conservatives.

She has:
    •    Fought against child trafficking
    •    Successfully Defended January 6 defendants, Ronda’s client Megan Paradise was never charged, Ronda managed to successfully push back on the AG preventing charges. Ronda protected her clients until President Trump pardoned J6ers stopping any prosecution.  In one case she managed to get the charges dropped. 
    •    Helped Americans wrongfully imprisoned overseas return home
    •    And advocated relentlessly for free speech, medical choice, and personal liberty

Ronda is a mother of six, including triplets, and a strong voice for family values, community safety, and government accountability. She is running for Secretary of the Clark County Republican Party to bring integrity, transparency, and proven leadership to the organization — and to help build a Republican Party that’s ready to win.
