I’m Jill Douglass, and I’m running to be the next Chair of the Clark County Republican Party — because when Republicans win, our communities win. We are at a turning point. The stakeshave never been higher. Our mission is clear: elect conservatives who will champion our values, defend our platform, and stop the radical left’s agenda. But we will not accomplish this by doing business as usual. We need: bold leadership, fresh ideas, a real work ethic. I bring all three to the table.

About Me:
I am a retired businesswoman who now volunteers daily to help build the Republican Party. As a successful entrepreneur, I am known for being principled, proven, and proactive. I founded Douglass Insurance and Financial Services, served as: President of NAIFA Southern Nevada, President of NAIFA Nevada, Agency Vice President overseeing Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado. My responsibilities included developing and executing winning business strategies, recruiting and training top talent, ensuring FINRA/SEC regulatory compliance, and consistently delivering record-setting results. I earned numerous awards for leadership and production — because I know how to build, manage, and deliver results.

I have also served on national advisory councils and women’s leadership groups. Before my business career, I was a teacher of Protestant religion at Canadian Forces Base, North Bay, Ontario, Canada, a legal assistant with the Okaloosa County, FL bar association and I am certified business coach.

Like you, I am a concerned citizen, a community leader, and an activist. I have volunteered for countless campaigns — and most recently, I won the Republican primary and ran as the Republican candidate for Nevada State Senate District 6.Currently, I serve as: President of Battle Born Republican Women, member of Nevada Republican Club, Summerlin Patriots, and CCRP & NV State GOP Central Committees.

I have led efforts like Wreaths Across America and Bear Hugs for Hurts (providing stuffed animals to traumatized children through Metro Police). I actively support charities such as Samaritan’s Purse, Tunnel to Towers, Wounded Warriors, Nevada Right to Life, and more. I worship at Calvary Chapel Red Rock.

I am a wife, mother, and grandmother — from a family of military and law enforcement veterans. I am deeply committed to defeating the woke, anti-American agenda of the Democrats and restoring leadership that reflects our Republican values.
