1. Analyze Senate and Assembly races to identify winnable district races.

Guadalupe recruited, trained, and managed 100+ Las Vegas volunteers for poll working, and poll watching for the 2024 election. She conducted data analysis for targeted voter outreach. Then, she managed election integrity issues from the War Room on Election Day. This was a full-time position, paid for by the Republican National Committee.

Guadalupe recruited, trained, and managed 100+volunteers and 20+ precinct captains for door knocking, phone banking, voter engagement, and voter registration.

Guadalupe built a volunteer network for door knocking, phone banking, and voter engagement. She organized community events, launched social media campaigns, did polling and analysis of voter data. Voter engagement was enhanced by her fluency in Spanish.
